SCOPE OF WORK
Review and approval by the INCOSTAS specialist of each one of the engineering disciplines involved in the technical file related to the updating of the General San Martin Port Terminal (GSMPT) developed by Royal Haskoning and Nogalia enterprises. Development of the detailed report with technical observations that should be rectified by the designers of the dealership. Continuous interface with the dealership, their designers and the APN, in order to clear and achieve all the suggested observations. Assurance of rectification of all the observations and achievement of the corrected emission of all the appendices and drawings that integrate the final technical file for its approval. The specialties objects of review and observation, received by the client in 24 volumes (Appendices) and 400 design drawings, were as follow: Design Bases - Layout and Operation Plan - Demolitions - Bathymetries and Dredging - Excavation and Filling - Pavements - Multi-Purpose Piers - Water Systems - Electrical Systems - Geotechnical Interpretation - Seismic Hazard Study and Liquefaction - Minor Works - Administrative Facilities – Execution Works Schedule - Maintenance Plan.
