SCOPE OF WORK
Technical supervision for the laying of 5 pipelines for reception and dispatch of refined petroleum products. Each pipeline has a length of 3.8 Km, with diameters of 8, 12, 16, 20 and 26" ranging from the land valve station to a PLEM (Pipe Line End Manifold) located at a depth of 20 m. In order to guarantee at a safe and quality level the process of pipeline laying, we counted with a team of field engineers specializing in pipelines and marine hydraulics, engineers specializing in marine works for the supervision of the labors on the vessels, a team of divers with extensive experience in pipeline laying, underwater video and photographic equipment, a multibeam bathymetry equipment for laying monitoring, high precision satellite positioning equipment as well as Safety, Hygiene and Environmental personnel (SHE). Presence of high-level personnel for evaluation of the divers surveying results and the multibeam bathymetry, on-site project modifications, documents and drawings review, development of drawings for vessels mooring and sails maneuvers, technical specifications of the buoys and routing towers, multibuoy and PLEM operating manual.
